Rules and conditions of the class
During classes, and in order to better interact with students, the instructor’s camera should be on for the entire duration of the session. If the instructor is unable to turn on the camera, TeachTalk may block or restrict the instructor’s profile if a report is received from the students.
To hold online classes, the teacher is required to use a computer or laptop.
To maintain focus and create a suitable learning environment, it is necessary for the teacher to hold the class in a well-lit and noise-free place. Also, the background of the teacher’s image should be a plain wall or a library.
The instructor is required to attend class in appropriate, customary and ethical attire. If this rule is not observed, the instructor’s profile will be blocked and the wallet balance will be confiscated as a fine, and legal action will be taken.
Out of respect for students, smoking by instructors during class is strictly prohibited, and in case of violation, the instructors’ profiles will be blocked and restricted.
TeachTalk’s educational management has the permission to monitor all classes.
The relationship between the teacher and the student must be within the framework of the educational environment. Any contact that is in the nature of violating the teacher’s or student’s privacy will result in the permanent blocking of the offender’s profile.
Any disrespect (verbal, written, etc.) from the teacher in the language Teachers, support staff, and others will be reviewed by the disciplinary committee and the violator will be dealt with in accordance with the violation. In addition, a fine will be imposed on the instructor, and this violation will be pursued seriously through legal authorities.
The Teach Talk team enters classes randomly to assess the quality and quantity of the classes.
The instructor is required to confirm the accuracy of his/her information on the site. (Information such as contact number, identity information, educational information, work history, biography, etc.) If the instructor’s dishonesty in entering information is proven, the instructor’s account will be blocked.
The instructor’s appearance in the introduction video and profile photo must comply with customary and ethical standards. Otherwise, the educational unit is allowed to suspend the instructor’s registration or block the instructor’s profile at any stage.
The teacher is the custodian of the students’ information. If a teacher reveals the identity secrets, educational information, etc. of the students, he/she is a violator and the teacher’s account will be blocked by TeachTalk and the matter will be pursued through legal authorities.
If, for any reason, the instructor does not wish to continue working with the TeachyTalk site, the instructor is obligated to hold classes in the upcoming classes section.
Payment Terms and Conditions
All payments must be made through the Teach Talk website portal or the official Teach Talk card number provided to you through support, and no funds must be transferred directly to the instructor’s account.
Otherwise, TeachTalk will not be responsible for providing services to language learners and will not be responsible for any off-site payments.
If the learner requests payment outside of TeachTalk (directly to the teacher’s account), it is against the law and TeachTalk can block the learner’s profile and pursue the matter through legal authorities to compensate for damages and recover losses incurred.
Each learner is only allowed to create one account on the TeachiTalk site. Otherwise, they are considered violators and all accounts created by the learner will be blocked.
Terms and conditions of cooperation with Tichi Talk
The instructor is required to confirm the accuracy of his/her information on the site (information such as contact number, identity information, educational information, work history, biography, etc.). If the instructor is found to be dishonest in entering information, the instructor’s account will be blocked and a fine will be imposed. In addition, TeachTalk will pursue this matter through legal authorities.
Creating multiple accounts with the same identity is considered a violation on the TeachiTalk site. Each instructor is only allowed to create one account on the TeachiTalk site, otherwise, he/she is in violation and all of the instructor’s accounts will be blocked.
To maintain information security, the instructor is not allowed to provide his/her account password to anyone else, otherwise, TeachiTalk will not be responsible for any possible problems.
The only way for the teacher to communicate with the learners is through the TeachiTalk platform, and the teacher is not allowed to announce any other means of communication (such as email, Telegram account, WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.) in the introduction video or personal profile information. Otherwise, the teacher’s profile will be blocked.
The instructor is required to keep his/her educational calendar up to date and indicate his/her free times on the calendar (at least once every 2 weeks). If he/she does not have free time to teach, the instructor’s profile will be displayed at the bottom of the instructor list.
